Most small businesses face the same bad choice: enterprise platforms bloated with features they will never use, or free tools that collapse the moment the operation grows. Arroykian Solutions, a bootstrapped firm founded by former corporate technologists, built its business around eliminating that gap.

Describe the problem on Monday, use the working software by Friday. In at least one case, a build went from scoping call to production in a single day.

Where the Speed Comes From

Every platform promising fast delivery eventually hits the same wall. Templates feel quick until the workflow deviates from the template’s assumptions, and then the user is stuck reconfiguring instead of working. Custom dev shops avoid that trap but charge enterprise timelines for the privilege.

Arroykian engineered a different approach. The company’s framework treats every capability as an extension within a connected ecosystem: calendar modules link natively to task systems, which connect to comments layers, which connect to records engines.

Each client build assembles the relevant modules into a configuration specific to their operation. The output is a standalone web application the client owns, running on production-grade infrastructure, not a dashboard skin over someone else’s database.

Three Builds, Three Industries

A food service operation running weekend pop-up events needed to replace a spreadsheet the owner was updating manually between customers. Arroykian delivered a point-of-sale system covering real-time sales logging, ingredient cost tracking, and margin reporting. It was ready before the next market day.

A media agency managing creator partnerships had no way to track gross merchandise value across dozens of content creators simultaneously.

Existing platforms either lacked the reporting structure or charged enterprise pricing for it. Arroykian built a custom GMV tracker with per-creator dashboards, campaign tagging, and exportable reports.

An Airbnb property network operating multiple listings had no centralized view. Managing bookings meant constant switching between calendars, with no unified picture of occupancy or revenue.

Arroykian delivered a single-pane management interface consolidating every property into one operational view. None of these clients had in-house developers, and none needed them afterward.

What the Market Keeps Getting Wrong

Small teams do not fail because they lack software. They fail because the available software was designed for organizations ten times their size, sold at prices that assume a procurement department exists, and delivered on timelines that assume the business can wait. The gap is not features. It is fit.

Arroykian occupies the space between rigid self-serve platforms and slow enterprise vendors. Builds are genuinely custom, not reconfigured templates. Timelines are days, not quarters. The cost structure reflects the reality that the client is a ten-person operation, not a Fortune 500 division.

Built By People Who Got Tired of Building for Someone Else

The founding team spent years deploying enterprise systems for organizations with six-figure software budgets. The frustration was always the same: the capabilities those corporations paid premium rates for could reach smaller businesses at a fraction of the cost, if anyone built the infrastructure for it. Nobody did, so they did.

“Every tool we ship could have been built by any competent dev shop,” the team noted. “The difference is we built the foundation once. Every new client gets the benefit of that investment without paying for it again.”

The company operates without outside funding, with no stated plans to seek venture capital. It currently serves clients across Southeast Asia, with a pilot program targeting SMEs in China, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines as its initial market.
