It happened. It is time. BTS have finally announced the dates for their highly anticipated concert tour.
Big Hit Entertainment released the dates for the “Map of the Soul” tour via Twitter, which includes stops in South Korea, the United States, Europe and Japan. This follows the patient waiting that ARMYs have done since a tour was first teased back in December.
Prior to today’s tour drop, VIP Nation leaked the then-unofficial dates for the United States over the weekend. The cities listed included Santa Clara, Los Angeles, Dallas, Orlando, Atlanta, East Rutherford, Landover, Toronto, and Chicago. And looking at it now, they were indeed correct. But as soon as they were leaked, they were taken down.
The 37-date BTS tour kicks off in Seoul this April. In addition, Ticketmaster announced two presale options for those wanting to purchase tickets. A general verified fan presale will take place on February 6 and, if you have the ARMY fan membership, you are eligible for a presale on February 5. General sale will be on February 7.
Ahead of their Map of the Soul: 7 album release, iHeartRadio—in partnership with The CW and Hot Topic—announced a special live show with BTS on January 27. The group will also be performing on The Late Show with James Corden the following day.
Map of the Soul: 7 comes out on February 21.
