NATURAL INGREDIENTS TO HELP HAIR GROWTH

There are several natural ingredients that are commonly used and believed to promote hair growth.   2. ROSEMARY OIL: It stimulates blood circulation in the scalp, which can promote hair growth. Rosemary oil is known for its scalp stimulating properties. It gets the blood circulating in your scalp, which also assists with thinning edges and balding spots.

The smell might be less than pleasant to some (or most) but this DIY treatment has been used for ages and for a good reason — it works! Thanks to its high sulfur content, it is incredibly effective in stimulating and increasing your blood circulation.

      • Apply to your hair for 15 min. and then wash thoroughly.
  4. EGGS: Eggs are full of all of the major essential vitamins and minerals (except for C) including zinc, iron and selenium.

      • Whisk an egg and apply it to the scalp and hair. Leave it on for 20 minutes before rinsing with cool water and shampoo.
  5. CINNAMON-BASED MASK: Turns out cinnamon isn’t only good for sprinkling over your morning oatmeal. Thanks to its antimicrobial properties, it poses hair benefits, too, in the form of stimulating blood circulation and nourishing strands.

      • Mix equal parts cinnamon and coconut oil and apply to your hair. Make sure you focus on the roots. Let it sit for 45 minutes before rinsing.
