“We celebrate the ebb and flow of women’s lives,” says Fialkoff. “Sometimes being a mom or wife takes priority; other times, it’s your career or creative passions. We don’t believe women have to have it all, all at once. We believe in supporting them through every chapter.”

In an era where women’s networks and empowerment groups are plentiful, The Modern Day Wife has carved out a distinct identity. Rather than focusing solely on business or lifestyle, it seamlessly blends both, encouraging women to embrace their ambition and femininity equally.

“That balance — acknowledging the wholeness of modern womanhood while giving women permission to pour into different roles at different time — is what sets us apart,” explains Fialkoff. “It’s not just another networking group; it’s an evolving community designed to meet women where they are.”

Elieff oversees the brand’s creative vision and community strategy, ensuring every event and offering reflects its mission of authenticity and glamour. “I want women to know that they can be ambitious and elegant, grounded and glamorous,” she says. “We’re building a community for women who want to design a life they love while celebrating every season they’re in.”

Fialkoff, meanwhile, leads the company’s growth strategy and partnerships, blending her background in media and brand development to expand the Modern Day Wife footprint globally. “My focus is aligning every aspect of the business, from operations to collaborations, so that we grow intentionally and authentically,” she says.

While much of today’s business landscape is shifting toward digital and AI-driven engagement, The Modern Day Wife is betting on the enduring power of real-life connection.

“There’s a timeless magic in face-to-face connection that technology can’t replicate,” says Elieff. “There’s something transformative about getting dressed up, stepping into a beautifully curated space, and feeling the energy of real conversation. That’s where true confidence and collaboration come to life.”
