Celebrate your happiness openly, and don’t shy away from sharing when you’re not at your best. I’d much rather embrace my true self and admit when I’ve made mistakes than wear a mask of perfection. We all experience days filled with mixed emotions; it’s part of being human. Those who portray life as a constant state of bliss are simply not being honest.

3. Co-create and spotlight

4. Maintain the graph, don’t just post
